Bahan :
2 ikat kangkung
2 lbr daun salam
4 cabai merah iris nserong
Bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah
4 butir bawang putih
4 butir kemiri
1 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas
½ sdm terasi
1 sdm gula merah
1 sdm garam
vetsin seculupnya jika suka

Agar sayuran yang akan dimasak tetap segar sebelum dimasak, jika tidak ada lemari es, gunakan dandang.
Setelah sayuran dicuci, masukkan kedalam dandang yang berisi air dingin dan tutup rapat-rapat. Sayur akan tetap segar walau udara diluar dandang cukup panas.

Ingredients:
-pare, iris tipis kemudian bubuhi garam dan sedikit air, diremas remas biar pahitnya berkurang, cuci dan bilas
-tempe satu kotak, rajang kecil
-daun salam 1 buah
-laos, keprek
-kecap manis 1 sendok
Bumbu:
-bawang merah, iris halus
-bawang putih, iris halus
-cabe merah, rajang serong
-garam
-penyedap
-merica 1/2 tsp

Bahan:
  • 300 gr bayam/kangkung
  • 7 butir bawang merah, iris kasar memanjang
  • ½ bh tomat, iris enam
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 500 ml kaldu daging
  • garam secukupnya

Cara membuat:
  1. Cuci bersih bayam/kangkung dan ambil daun yang muda
  2. Didihkan kaldu daging, masukkan bawang merah, daun salam dan garam
  3. Masukkan bayam/kangkung hingga setengah matang, tambahkan tomat, aduk sebentar dan angkat Hidangkan dengan sambal goreng.

Resep Bahan Tumis Kacang Panjang :
* 250 gram kacang panjang/buncis, iris serong
* 5 buah ampela, rebus, iris tipis
* 150 gram udang, kupas
* 5 buah cabai merah
* 7 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
* 1 batang serai, memarkan
* 1 potong asam gelugur
* 500 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
* garam dan gula menurut selera
